Milly Lynch
Vice Principal
Milly is originally from Blackpool, via the Philippines, but came straight to Leeds after university. She did many jobs at first (including selling stocks and shares!) to save enough travel money to visit Australia and New Zealand.
After completing her PGCE at Leeds University, Milly worked in Kirklees for a few years as a class teacher for Year 5 and Year 1. She completed a couple of years as a supply teacher before securing a Year 2 position at Lapage Primary School, where she was maths co-ordinator and Year 2 lead. Milly feels passionate about teaching in Bradford, and so the chance of promotion at Dixons Marchbank was an opportunity not to be missed.
When Milly is not teaching, she loves sampling great food on her travels, spending quality time with family and friends, as well as enjoying the odd day of pampering and relaxation. Milly’s role as Vice Principal has been a wonderful learning journey, with lots of great surprises, challenges and rewards on the way. She loves that every day in school is different and believes that every child is unique and deserves the best start in life.
